周日早晨，妈妈教我怎样卤牛肉。牛肉可是我最喜欢的食物，我迫不及待地想要学会。

妈妈先把两块牛肉浸在冷水中，还用尖刀用力地在牛肉上戳了几个小洞。这是为什么呀？原来这样可以让血水流出来。我也拿着尖刀试了一下，朝着一块牛肉戳了下去，可是我怎么也戳不穿肉块，看来力气还是太小。

接下来就是煮牛肉了。将洗干净的牛肉放进冷水里煮，水开后再滚5分钟，这时我发现锅里水面浮起了一层褐色的东西，搅也搅不掉。妈妈让我把牛肉盛出来，我用筷子夹，可是，牛肉太大了，我可夹不动，只好用勺子把牛肉盛出来。换了水再煮一次，妈妈说，这样牛肉里的脏东西就差不多都跑出来了。

接着放调料正式开始卤牛肉了。牛肉放入锅中，水刚好没过牛肉。我先准备调料，有桂皮、八角、花椒、生姜等等。洗好生姜，要先把它拍碎，我拿刀背用力地拍下去，一下，二下，三下……咦？没碎？看妈妈这么轻松拍碎了，我有点不相信自己不行。我加了点力，果然拍碎了！不一会，三块半生姜准备好了。这时刚好牛肉也煮开了。我先倒小半碗黄酒进去，1分钟后，再放入盐，糖、老抽、生抽和所有的调料。盖上高压锅盖，大火煮10分钟后改中火煮15分钟，浓浓的牛肉香味让我口水都快流下来了。我赶紧把火关了。

高三前期我听说了一个方法，就是放弃背单词，而去选择背句子，这个方法的确很好，我的成绩还是提高了！放假了，我决定努力背单词一个月，结果就是成绩一次不如一次，伤心欲绝啊！我重新回到过去背句子的时期，成绩这才开始恢复正常情况。
